Third Lake Partners announced the completion of ClearView, a 363-unit Class A multifamily community with ground-floor retail space located within Echelon City Center in St. Petersburg, Florida. The community welcomed its first residents earlier this year.
Developed through a partnership between Third Lake Partners and Echelon, a St. Petersburg based developer, ClearView represents a significant milestone in the continued evolution of Echelon City Center, a $1 billion mixed-use destination. The project further reflects the firms' ongoing collaboration, which also includes the redevelopment of the former UPC office campus in downtown St. Petersburg into a dynamic mixed-use community and 3rd & 3rd, a high-rise multifamily development with ground-floor retail that is expected to open in the first quarter of 2027. Together, the partners continue to deliver thoughtfully designed developments that contribute to the long-term growth and vibrancy of the Tampa Bay region.
ClearView offers luxury apartment living with quartz countertops, soft-close cabinetry, floor-to-ceiling windows, oversized balconies, nine-foot ceilings, wine storage in select units and expansive views of the surrounding area. The community includes a mix of one-, two- and three-bedroom apartment homes, as well as three-bedroom townhomes with private garages. Residents have access to an extensive collection of amenities, including a resort-style swimming pool with private cabanas, grilling stations and fire pits, a clubhouse featuring an entertainment lounge and golf simulator, indoor and outdoor fitness areas, coworking spaces and dry-cleaning lockers.

The development team included KAST Construction as general contractor, ARC3 Architecture as architect and Interior Design Group as interior designer. The community is professionally managed by ZRS Management.
