What began as a focused alternative investment advisory practice has grown into a broad, integrated platform spanning real estate, private equity, private credit, venture capital, and structured strategies.
2019 – Third Lake Partners was founded.
2020 – Third Lake Development was founded.
2023 – Third Lake Solutions was founded.
2024 - Third Lake Associates and Third Lake Brokerage were founded. Third Lake Partners reached $3.35 billion in assets under management/assets under advisory.
2025 - Third Lake Construction was founded. Third Lake Partners increased AUM/AUA by 78% from 2024 to $5.97 billion.
2026 – 70+ employees across all of Third Lake Partners and its affiliated entities.
